Founder Laura Mack, aka luᐧlu, grew up in and out of her family’s farm-to-table restaurant. There she learned from an early age that success depends on a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, quality, and a constant focus on the job at hand. These tenets have become the foundation behind luᐧlu Ice Cream.

In 2014, Laura opened up luᐧlu a farm-to-spoon ice cream shop on Bristol’s Main St. In 2018, the shop moved to its current location in the heart of Vergennes. Since its founding, luᐧlu Ice Cream has been recognized for creating delicious small-batch ice cream and sorbet packed with unique and fun flavors. Everything they do is made from scratch using only the best local ingredients. They even pasteurize their ice cream in-house, showing commitment to the craft!
