Back Home Bakery

Wendi's love of baking started when she was young and helping her Mom in the kitchen.

Having lived in Vermont for over 23 years, she feels so blessed to call this great state home.

After realizing she had a gluten intolerance several years ago, she had to reevaluate everything she ate and especially the way she baked. It was a huge adjustment for her and she has taken the last few years to perfect her gluten free baking.

She opened Back Home Bakery in 2019 and decided to focus on granola, to start. Her initial recipe, Vermont Maple Almond Granola, quickly became a huge hit and she's excited to bring you more flavors in the future.
