Catherine Raishart is a farmer and artist in the Champlain Valley of Vermont. She is also the coowner and cofounder of Foxglove Farm. Foxglove Farm sits on 70 forested acres at the junction of the Green Mountains and the Champlain Valley of Vermont. Since 2015, this small farm and homestead has offered unique accommodations in a fully-equipped log cabin, free-range eggs, artisan maple syrup, and fresh/cut flowers to customers and guests from across the world.
Catherine is a 10th generation New Englander (9 of those generations being within Vermont), with a deep commitment to a sense of place, and a love for home, which she works to portray through her photography.
Catherine believes in the elegance of simplicity. In a world that moves just so fast, she loves pausing for the light when it hits her morning coffee mug just right. She hopes, through the medium of photography, to encourage others to pause, reflect and appreciate. Our lives are filled with quiet, cozy moments; let’s honor them!
