Garnet Lava is a Simple Syrup made from Maple Syrup, Black Currents, Ginger & Citrus. Named after the state gem stone for its colorful hue reminiscent of garnets. Antioxidant rich with a spicy ginger finish.  Enjoy over seltzer, as a cocktail, or mix in AC vinegar to make a Shrub.
