Alexx had a very specific flavor balance in mind for these Gingerbread Marshmallows. Normally she can nail a new recipe in 1-4 attempts, but she played around with this one for a full month before finding her Eureka Moment. If you like gingerbread, these'll be so much fun for you.
Truly bonkers in morning coffee. Equally magical in hot cocoa.
Ingredients: sugar, golden syrup, molasses, light corn syrup, gelatin, vanilla, spices, salt
GLUTEN FREE, FRUCTOSE FREE
Size: 10 ~1.25"x1.25" handcut marshmallows
Storage: Cool, dark, and dry! Sunlight, air, and heat are the enemies of the marshmallows. In a pantry they're best within 4 months. Freeze for up to a year (just let them come back to room temperature before enjoying for maximum floofiness!)
